Terminal Operation System - An internally-developed state-of-the-art terminal system that offers 24-hour turn-key solution to meet all customers' requirements and automates on the following areas:
- Zodiac OPS for vessel stowage planning to provide full-featured vessel loading and discharge planning capabilities
- Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) for streamlining current operations to assure a timely and human error-free data transfer
- Auto Voice Response System (AVR) to provide appointment services for inbound container pick up and the locations for returning or picking up empty containers
- Expert system for yard location assignment and planning to reduce re-stacking and to ensure smooth operations
- Automatic out-gate process to offer speedy and human error-free transactions
- Web-based customer services through internet to address online enquiries and perform online transactions
